I must say the best service ever I got stuck 5 miles away from them. They came last than 30 minute in a bad weather much appreciated really respectful, understanding and friendly thank you guys..

I had tires installed all the way around (35's) on a 2018 ram big horn. A week later I traveled 13 states, 5,206 miles, air held perfectly and the ride was smooth as could be. Couldn't be happier with the service and quality. The guys over there are great and the gal at the front desk knows what she's doing. 5 stars because they dont have a 10 star option.

After making an appointment specifically asking and booking reverse mount lo pros which they agreed they can do no problem. After arriving they told us none of the employees they had could do it?? They called someone in who could to which we waited 4 hours to have the tires installed l. 4 hours, no apology no discount nothing. Just a fat bill and to make matters better. They left the tire stickers on which became shredded and grabbed all the gravel on the road to throw at my paint. Their tech also cross threaded some lug nuts which caused the studs to snap after first removal of the wheel. Lazy, unapologetic and do not take any care with your vehicle. Would not recommend to anyone.

Brought my own new cooper LT tires to mount and balance also an alignment on f 250 truck. Left with $320.00 bill. Tires were mounted without cleaning the inside of rims. Rim leaks on every tire which was getting worse every month. Average loss of air per tire per week 35 lbs after 7 months of use. Will never use them again.
