At first, I loved this car. I still do love my car, it is not the car's fault. But if y'all think selling me a car that almost IMMEDIATELY needed over $1K in work that wasn't covered by the warranty I bought, because someone decided to SCARE me into it, is okay, then something needs to change. Y'all claimed you did a full inspection on this car before I bought it so how was completely busted speakers, almost BARE break pads, janky front axel brake rotors, burnt power steering fluid and a completely worn serpentine belt missed? Or was it observed and left? I am incredibly disappointed in my experience this time around. Idk how to reply to a comment in reviews. Yes. In March 2025, I bought a 2021 Nissan Titan from the Nissan dealership. John Goulet was my sales person simple easy to deal with great experience. The service department has been great to deal with. Also, any issues I had with the vehicle they took care of. On November 20 2025,I started having issues with my transmission talked with Alan in the service department him and Kat both started a work up on the transmission December 5th I started having more issues . My transmission went out completely out. It was towed from Joplin, Missouri to Harrison, Arkansas on Monday, the 8th of December. On Thursday the 11th Allen called and told me my truck was done transmission replaced. I was given a rental car also. All around great service. You can’t ask for better team to deal with.

If you’re in the market for a new whip I highly recommend Preston over there at Wood Motors. I called before I stepped foot on property, gave him all my info and when I got there he had multiple options ready for me. Very patient, kind and accommodating. No high pressure sales tactics- just there to help you get into a new vehicle. Would also like to give a shout out to Mike and Colin for their assistance as well.

Disappointed with the lack of communication from the dealership. I purchased a hybrid vehicle in September and was told I could claim the federal Used Clean Vehicle Credit myself when filing taxes. My return was rejected because the IRS has no record of the required dealer submission. I’ve made multiple calls, left voicemails, and sent emails with no response. This issue will cost me thousands of dollars. All because of the lack of response and assistance from the dealership. Update: Dealership never communicated after stating they would reach out. Next step will be filing a complaint with the Arkansas Attorney General due to the continued lack of response regarding required IRS documentation.

I just spoke with Shane from the Chevy service department about issues with my truck. He knows his stuff! He thoroughly answered my questions and gave me the solutions that I needed to move on with. I didn’t have to give out my vin or much of any info, just a quick call, boom done. Give this man a raise
