Woodhouse Collision Center billed the insurance company for new replacement parts, never installed them and instead reinstalled the damaged used parts in an attempt to increase their profits. We discovered this after the exhaust system "fell off" and having the car inspected by another shop. The previously damaged original exhaust pipe was reinstalled so bent up it wouldn't hang correctly or fit within the designated undercarriage exhaust channel. I brought the matter to management and they eventually installed new parts, but not without my convincing and the service manager trying to cover matters up. Dropped my brand new 2 month old vehicle off for hail damage repair. When I picked it up it had scratches on the hood, grease finger prints ALL over the white fabric, light was left on, gravel dirt in the trunk and scratches on plastic from what ever they dragged in and out, AND sunroof window was not working. I am extremely disgusted and disappointed with the quality of service and how careless this location was with my vehicle. The manager was friendly but I just felt like I was brushed off. Their “detail” was a spray and rag for the grease stains. I had to clean my trunk and try to clean off the drag marks. Took it in for the 3rd time to get the grease stains on the fabric cleaned and fix the sunroof. All I brought my vehicle to this location was for hail damage repair.

The team was friendly and explained everything needed for a collision repair. They were fast and thorough and finished promptly. Everything took about 20 minutes.

They did a great job replacing my bumper and taking care of a paint issue! Awesome people to work with!

I brought my car there 2-1/2 days ago to get an estimate for repairs. I was told they would get to it the next day. Called the next day was told it was in the air and I would hear something the next day mid morning. Called the afternoon. Was told I would be called back. I had to call back and just told them I would pick my car up. Their excuse is it takes longer. But you knew that so part of service is under promise and over deliver in this case they got it backwards. When I brought it to the managers attention in there he had kktbing so say no accountability no apology all he wanted wa sa signature saying I picked up my car. I literally had to say to him that’s all you have to say. In an economy where everyone is watching their money service sells and places like this won’t survive. This
