The warranty is good for nothing! Took the car in with the check engine light, I was told that it was because of the bad fuel. I’ve had similar encounters with other brand cars but got much more appropriate support during warranty. the service team will find an excuse to charge you even if your car is in warranty.

I went here because I had a recall on my suv. The staff was polite and knowledgeable. My service only took about an hour and I loved getting updates via text/videos. The customer service was #1. I noticed that they vacuumed out my car as well!! It was overall an amazing experience!!

I loved being able to set up the appointment on line with a link to add it to my calendar. Team at front desk is pleasant and responsive. Personable to the point that we can, after a couple of years of visits, discuss what’s going on with our families since staffing has been that consistent. I was there, only for my regular oil change, but commented that one of my tires was losing pressure. They found a nail and fixed it all in the same timely visit.

The technician was very thoughtful and took the time to ask me enough questions to get to the root of the problem. The customer service was exceptional, and I felt that he really took the time to figure out the best solution, instead of rushing me out of there! I was treated with the utmost professionalism And respect. I greatly appreciated the technician’s patience, professionalism, and knowledge along with good manners, and a pleasant personality!
