I recently had a great experience at Woodhouse Place Nissan while getting a part replaced on my Nissan Maxima. The staff was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. They diagnosed the issue quickly, kept me informed throughout the process, and completed the repair efficiently. The overall customer service was top-notch. I highly recommend them!
I contacted the parts department, needing an item to fix my Frontier. They had the part & gave me some additional advice to help with the fix. Great experience dealing with them!
Not happy with them. Have left several messages about getting a key for my auto but they are not returning my call.
Parts guy was short and rude. Said I could get the part almost 1/2 the price at a dealer in VA. He said go for it
