Great facility and friendly team. Loved that they use the iPad to show you the review of the vehicle while they’re working on it and sending the video to your phone so you can see what they are working on and suggesting addition service needs you may want to consider while you wait. Approving or declining the work was easy as well.

I’m back again. 3 years ago I had my van in the shop for catalytic converter replacement because it was stolen. They replaced the converter and the muffler, over a $4000 bill. 3 years later 2025, I took everything out my van because I moved to another state, except my mattress. As I’m driving, I’m smelling this burning smell but didn’t think anything of it because California always having fires I thought. This isn’t the first time my van has been filled with smoke, always thought it outside in the air. I finally get home to take my van out, and it’s burnt!!! Looking around to see what happened and I notice the hole in the subfloor. Now I know where this smoke has been coming from the last few times. I never noticed anything because I always had my metal water tank right in the spot so it b

Large, multi- brand Woodhouse car dealership. It features Nissan, Mazda, Lincoln among other used car brands too. We were at the Nissan dealer purchasing a new vehicle. Jonah provided quality, timely service. He greeted us at the door and supported the sales cycle. Gary explained the services and add on features available through Woodhouse. Adam provided financing and warranty explanations and helped close out the paperwork. Overall a good experience with qualified individuals. Solid buying experience.

The customer service in your service department is disgusting, frankly. The worst part wasn’t the outcome of my car, it was meeting your service team. I am repulsed just thinking about them I’ve never been treated this way. If anyone wants to be bullied by the “dudes who peaked at Nissan”- then this place is for you! Otherwise, sincerely consider taking your car to another dealer. ANY other dealer.

I needed another fleet truck and the Frontier fit the bill. The sales process was easy, everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. No high pressure sales pitch, which I always dread, so that was a big relief!
