There was an issue with a part I had ordered. It had nothing to do with this company at all. I reached out to them. They literally responded within two minutes. And corrected somebody else’s error. And they had no obligation on their end to do so. This is rare. I am very grateful for this company! On a sidenote, I would take negative reviews with a grain of salt. If I sold motors online, you bet I would limit the warranty. You could put an engine in the car and it definitely blow up because of user error. So, 30 days sounds fair to me. The fact they offer any warranty for people who aren’t mechanics is generous. We live in a society where nobody takes responsibility for their own actions. Read the description before you purchase. Bought a motor, didnt get it installed in the 30 day warranty window. I knocks, its junk and I'm out $350. On the phone I said "I guess I'm screwed" He laughed and said "yep you are". I get it its outside the 30 day window so technically hes right, but jeeze you'd think a business man would want future business. I'll drive hours to never shop there again, they are also a little rude and hard to talk to its like they hate being in the business that they are in.

I called to order a curtain airbag. 10 days later get a dashboard airbag.. Called to ask why they shipped me a wrong airbag and they tell me thats what I ordered. When I called I told them " curtain airbag" How does that sound anything like a dashboard airbag. So the guy there started to yell at me over the phone and telling me to ship it back. I told him I am not paying for shipping he said I have to. Then I told him that they shipped through fedex and never reported it as a hazardous item ( which you must its illegal to ship airbags without proper packaging) they did not ship as regular item. For me to ship it back its over $75 to ship it now. I paid $120 for the item for real??? Like im going to pay 50% of the price to ship it back now lol wow. When I told him they shipped it wrong th
