Where do I begin. When you walk into this place you get hit in the face with a cloud of cigarette smoke and a view of the ashtray on the counter full of cigarette butts maybe, a few packs worth. You walk in and you don’t know who’s in charge or who even works there for that matter. You even kind of wonder if it’s a mechanic shop or the hangout. So many people just sitting around hanging out. When you ask ( The people in the mechanic shop ) for the person in charge they go get the proper persons. I had my suv serviced at this mechanic shop in January. The shop was to close but when my vehicle was ready for pickup. I asked the owner Gary to park my vehicle where I could get out because I needed to be drop off to drive it away, because I had other transportation at the time. I return about

The owner Gary is a good dude…he’s not like all these other mechanics trying to tax you and not handle your car issues..he made me top priority because I work in Newport..:when I got off work to bring my car to service the brakes and rotors, Gary offered me some food(lasagna) & it was so good lol…I recommend this shop all day…Lance is the one who always works on my car..he’s a good mechanic…💯💯💯💯you won’t be disappointed …these guys are great!

Gary And all his mechanics They do a good job, Especially Gary!!! He helps you even when you don't have it? He will work with you. That's the Heart that he has for his customer... He will work with you Or find any solutions that you need of! I am very grateful for Gary For the person he is 😇💖🙏🏼

I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone. Not even for a minor issue. The communication is very poor. They are all backyard mechanics. I took my car there they couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. I brought the car there with one problem it now has multiple problems from them ripping stuff apart and not putting it back together how it was beforehand. Please please please look somewhere else to bring your car. I'm saving you from huge disappointment.

I got my first car last year and know nothing about cars. They’ve been nothing but amazing, even took me back to show me how to check my own oil and other useful things. Their prices are extremely fair and never overcharge. I don’t go anywhere else and send all of my friends here. They even dropped my off at home so I wouldn’t have to walk the 20 mins back in freezing weather
