Worst service experience I've had in the Philly area. Dropped off my car for an alignment at 8:30AM. By 4:30 PM (30 minutes before close) I still hadn't heard ANYTHING from the shop so I called them and they informed me that they had taken it upon themselves to remove and torch various steering components WITHOUT ANY PERMISSION WHATSOEVER. I had specifically told them that I needed the car the next day for an appointment too but they said if I came to pick it up they would put the car back together and charge me for the labor anyways. So whatever, I let them finish the job as they claimed it needed which turned out to be a $750 bill for a freaking alignment. I’ve been using John & Jack at Woodlawn Garage since 1994! I don’t trust anyone else to service my cars. If they don’t work on the specific make and model, I will not purchase. They are honest, professional and reasonable mechanics.💯

A close friend, whose family has been going to Woodlawn for over a decade, recommended them—and they didn’t disappoint! The team at Woodlawn was refreshingly honest. While they confirmed the issues the dealer pointed out, they told me the repairs weren’t urgent and didn’t need to be addressed right away. Instead of pushing for unnecessary fixes, they advised me to bring the car back when the problems actually needed attention. I walked in expecting a hefty bill but left without paying for anything because, at this point, no work was needed! I had an issue with my oil pan and transmission due to a Philly pothole. I took my vehicle to a OM dealership for a quote on repairs, the dealership prices were unbelievably high. I had to look for more reasonable prices, that's when I came across Woodlawn Garage, I gave them a call and scheduled an appointment with no issues. Dropped off my car and got it back within a day. Exceptional and friendly service would recommend!

When incognito auto repair went out of business I needed a place to take my cars. A friend suggested Woodlawn. Jack and John, the two brothers who own the place are great and friendly. When you go in you will see tons of really fancy cars being worked on so you know there's a lot of people who trust them.
