Woods Fast Oil Change

I called the shop before posting this publicly and wasn’t satisfied with the response so this is more of an awareness post/review. I love doing business local and have used this shop several times. Unfortunately the last visit they left the oil filter loose on my brand new car. Thankfully it went straight to the body shop and they caught and fixed it. I did call to let the shop know what happened but was just told “sorry that happened.” :(

First time there! Great service and top quality oil for the same price as the cheap shops... It's tun by the owner and he genuinely goes the extra mile to make you satisfied... I'm a customer now!

Great experience here. Super friendly service techs, good prices, and extremely fast! Don't even have to get out of your vehicle they are so quick. Would definitely recommend to anyone in need of an oil change!

First and last time I’m taking my truck to an shop for an oil change. First time took it to a shop for an oil change because it was convenient up until I was changing own my oil, and I spent 30 mins wrestling with oil filter they provided because they definitely did not hand tightening on. The oil filter provided.
