Absolutely garbage! Woody (I'm guessing) was rude as all get out on the phone to me and to my wife in person. So it was best that went to my vehicle (and let the tow truck driver hook up the vehicle) or it would of got extremely ugly. He told me (on the phone) he was going to push my vehicle out to the road and tell whoever dropped it off to come and get it. All because he was going on vacation in 6 days and he had to talk to 2 different people about the vehicle (if that little bit stresses him out I'd hate to see him really stressed). After he quoted me a price to change just the flexplate at $1888, $2220 for flexplate and rear main seal and $2500+ for flexplate, rear main seal and starter replacement. I called another local shop and got quoted $810 for just the flexplate. Woody insisted
