Walked in to get a quote on service. Service writer sent me to parts, I asked for the part number his face got all twisted up and started shaking his head and said he didnt want to give me the part number. Service writer said it the labor may be one price or another. I asked if I could get a loaner, they asked if I bought the 2025 ram here. I said no and they said they dont do loaners unless its a big job. I did the leg work for attitude from parts and an estimate that may be accurate.

Before I begin my rant of the poor management team at woody let me say that lotsie and jonathan are heaven sent gifts at this location they tried to help me out with finding a vehicle best they could. Steve the gm wouldn't allow me to test drive any work trucks....and even the 3 vehicles I did want to test drive for just day to day vehicle couldn't unlock cause the batteries was dead HOW?!?!?!?! To the man named Lance sir find better deodorant or a better body wash cause sir I could smell you before I saw you ....and when I saw you I wasn't surprised sweat stains under armpits DISGUSTING FOR A SALESMAN. I WONT GO HERE but if anyone else does go to lotsie or jonathan they deserve some appreciation for staying in that toxic work environment

They were very professional and kind, explaining what would be done to find why my car was showing the different codes on my dash screen. Gave me a very nice SUV to drive till mine was fixed, I had my sister in laws funeral to go too. Their technician found the problem with my car and had me back in mine the next day.

We had to have our back-up camera replaced and our radio also on our Jeep Compass. Brittany and the service department did a great job.

Robert Bourdeau went over and beyond to get me my dream vehicle. He made the process smooth and he communicated well with me. I gave him the biggest hug because of how patient he was with me.
