My husband went here twice a month for his personal vehicle and twice a month for his work vehicle. Used to have great service before new name/ownership.Today his truck came out with circular scratch marks all down the right side. Stuff happens, but I called to alert them that there may be something wrong, or stuck to their equipment causing damage. We weren't asking for anything, just didn't want another vehicle damaged. The owner was instantly rude and defensive, stating no damage occured at his business, that their brushes are American made and nothing sticks to them. He said he invites people all the time to come personally inspect the brushes for themselves. Why does he have to tell people all the time? Terrible customer service response.
