Today my rear window was broken and I visited three, even four different shops. All of them told me the glass had to be ordered and it would take at least three days or until next week to install. When I contacted this shop, they told me they could install it the next day. I explained that I am a car hauler and needed to get back on the road the same day. They understood my situation and did everything they could to help. Within about 3 hours the new glass arrived, it was installed professionally, and I was back on the road. Thank you for your fast, professional, and customer-focused service. I truly appreciate the support and highly recommend this business.

Very fast getting my car in and done. Replaced the windshield after it got shattered. In less then 36 hours of everything happening, start to finish, it was back to better then before! Highly recommend for any needs, will definitely come back for any future necessities.

5 stars isn't enough to give Wooster Glass Co. I dropped off my car after piecing it together for 5 years with no front windshield in it and the rear windshield wasn't installed correctly. They fixed this. The price was completely fair. The work and craftsmanship that they put in was absolutely phenomenal. If you have a vehicle and you have broken glass I would highly suggest going here instead of those other cheap companies that don't do it right. Cough, cough, Safelite or who ever. Installers parked in an active driveway/parking area and blocked it off. And then pretended not to notice a vehicle waiting to exit, even though they saw people getting into the vehicle that were obviously intending to use the driveway. They only moved after an employee from the company where they were parked told them the obvious, and they begrudgingly moved their vehicle. It doesn't stop there, they then parked back in that active driveway and when someone came back to go through there again, they saw the vehicle approach and one employee got in the vehicle to move it, and then got back out and pretended not to notice them. The worst part of this all is that there was a parking spot open directly next to the vehicle they were servicing the whole time.

Can’t say enough great things about this place. Every single person is friendly and welcoming. I got a cracked windshield this morning and they are amazing life savers !! Super affordable and in and out quicker than expected.. I wish where I live we had places like this. Thank you again so much !!
