Recently purchased a work truck from Charlie a Worktrux. Whole process was great. Great communication, great price on vehicle, and great turnaround on delivery. The evening before the scheduled delivery Charlie called and said the windshield has a crack that wasn't there before. So they installed a brand new windshield before delivery. Driver delivered the van on time and was very nice gentlemen. Upon driving the vehicle the first time I noticed a "check engine light" on. Called Charlie and he said go by auto zone and have them scan it. Said bad catalytic converter. They sent a driver to pickup the van to replace the catalytic convertor at " no charge " to me. they did a good job selling me the vehicle and handling things needed fix on vehicle before selling. but they made a mistake on paperwork about vehicle for personal use no it’s a business vehicle a van would not be a choice for me to used for personal use the vehicle registered on my personal so I’m not building business credit and I got my personal debt to income ratio up and it messes with my real estate investment and I probably won’t be able to write it off since it’s under personal I call the company and just can’t seem to get any help on the situation they need to work on customer service

I have bought more than 4 trucks over the past 5 years they are always helpful and honest. Although they were all used trucks, None had mechanical problems and they always have good tires. I trust them son much the last one I bought over the phone sight in seen. They sell trucks that are ready to go to work. Highly recommend!
