I had a small bumper repair on my Tesla and they got me in right away and said the thing I wanted done was so easy there was no charge!!! That never happens!! They are friendly and AMAZING!!

I needed a mirror fixed on my truck and the insurance company sent me to World Auto Body. I got an affordable quote and quick service on the repair. The repair took less than 15 minutes. Great communication and customer service. Would recommend.

I brought my car to World Auto Body to repair rock chips in the hood, but unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the results. They assured me it would be a straightforward sand and repaint job. The first attempt at repair took approx 1 week after I dropped the car off. Upon pickup, the repair looked decent, with the correct color and finish. However, after the first wash a few weeks later, the wax/polish they applied came off, revealing many swirl marks and damaged paint underneath. To their credit, they made a second attempt to fix the issue and even covered the cost of a rental car during the process. My dealership rep suggested this body shop and I have only positive things to say. The customer service, attention to detail, and overall quality of work were excellent. I highly recommend this shop!

I came here for an estimate. Alex Michel didn't even look at the damage and told me 2 weeks and to drop it off that day. I showed Alex Michel some damage that insurance missed and he didn't even care or note it, just kept telling me to drop it off today. My concerns were ignored. He made it look like he was sending me an email but that came hours later but gave me the limpest handshake before I left. If this is any indication of the service from this shop, I am going to avoid that headache.
