Service, price, and value: 5/5! This is the only bike store within a 45 minutes drive from my home I visit. Staff is incredibly knowledgeable, and the 1997 Schwinn I purchased runs like a dream after it was tuned! If you need a bike serviced, plan for a minimum of a two week return, due to the popularity and quality of the work performed here. Hands down, the absolute best experiences I've ever had with a bike store.

Took my brand new bike over In May . was told 1 month. Heard nothing so I called and called 2 weeks ago he says I'll hear from him by weeks end. Never heard from him. I go by today my bikes now rusty been sitting outside was never touched and was told at best another 6 weeks. Brought my bike home still not assembled. Has the nerve to say if I need anything else don't hesitate to call.

Called in the morning and was answered by Josiah. Am on a Cross-country trip and needed some quick repairs. Though he's backed up by 5 weeks with repairs and over 1,000 bikes on order, he took the 15 minutes needed to get me what I needed. Super friendly service. Would highly recommend. Prices were really reasonable compared to the many other shops I've been too for not only labor...but accessories and whatnot. In some cases even cheaper than on Amazon. Good selection. Don't ever see myself being back in this area again, but if you are, this is where I'd go. Like I said... He is really backed up though so patience may be needed. Thanks Josiah, you're awesome bro. Josiah is the absolute best! Great customer service! I've been getting my bike serviced here for years and will continue to do so. They do great repair work and also have bikes, accessories, helmets, etc for sale. 100% recommend
