As of now I have to retract my prior review. Seller advised steps to correct issue and to no avail nothing worked actually made it worse. As agreed seller requested to send back regardless of condition for a full refund. As of 2 weeks ago received part and still no refund. I knew what he suggested wouldn’t work he was just trying to get me not to return 2nd damaged parts! So with that said next step will be filling a claim with BBB & Consumer Affairs! To answer his blatant lies from the start. He claims he’s a Christian but doesn’t act like one. He says he did everything in his power after first item arrived damaged that his team would personally inspect and make sure packing will be perfect. I ordered a driver's door wire harness for my Acadia after my mechanic and I called junkyards in 4 states and by sheer luck I found the part online that didn't cost me a arm and a leg!! Shipping was fast! I will update my review after installation and see if it works! We already replace the motor/regulator and the door switch..this is our last option and it needs to pass state inspection ( the window not working is the only reason it failed)..I highly recommend this company:) 3/9/26 update: we finally installed the harness and it worked!!! I highly recommend world parts direct. I have been dealing with Roy since the summer of 2025 when my 2020 Gladiator fell off the rails. Unfortunately still trying to get that beautiful POS running right. From the first phone call, Roy has been quick to support my needs. Following that first phone call, most communication has been via email. The amount of time I have saved researching and confirming part numbers has been a great help. I simply email him the vin and ruff parts list and he puts together an order for me. Even was quick to provide a military discount code. World parts direct is the first stop for me for OEM parts.

Order a seat cushion for my vehicle. They billed my credit card immediately but did not ship until 12 days later which is within their established time frame. Their own shipping policy states item will typically arrive in 1 -5 days. After 8 days of waiting for my item to arrive I contacted them to try and figure out where my order was and when it would arrive. Item shipping on January 23rd and tracking stopped updating on January 30th. I was told until the tracking shows two weeks with no updates there was nothing they could do. Ended up disputing charge with my credit card. Ordering from another company to get my item. If you need something right away, pay more and order from someplace else. Update: owner contacted me and arranged a replacement part to be sent out. Discounted
