Do not order parts from this dealer. I placed an order on 9/18/25 for in stock parts that were not backordered or hard to obtain. After no indication the order was mailed I sent several emails with hit or miss returns days later and no phone calls ever returned. I finally received part of my order over a month later on 10/21/25. It was packaged very poorly and both the CV axle’s seals and dust covers were bent, one needing replaced and the other I straightened. I was also missing one of the oil seals on my order. I sent an email within an hour of receiving the order explaining the missing seal part number. I did get a response initially stating it would ship on 10/22. No seal has shipped and the parts department won’t return my emails or phone calls. I sent an email to the General Manager

I brought my car in to get its battery replaced right as they opened (7am). I left my vehicle with them to get the battery replaced under warranty. I came back at Noon to get my vehicle and the front desk lady was not able to give me concrete information as to the cost of the battery after warranty costs. But, after paying for the battery replacement, I went to check on my Corolla to see why it took the shop nearly 5 hours to replace just the battery. Too which I found a chunk of the negative battery terminal to be missing. Which I find odd that a certified technician would even consider installing a defective battery, okay?? I brought it up to the front desk lady as well as, who I assumed to be, the supervisor and after being asked by the supervisor?? IF I BOUGHT/INSTALLED THE BATTERY MYS

Zachary Thomas and his parts team are outstanding. They demonstrate what you should expect when dealing with customer service, especially in the auto parts world. I have ordered numerous parts from them, will continue to do so and have also recommended them to my other Toyota friends for their parts needs due to their exemplary professionalism and speedy delivery. I've dealt with massive amounts of parts purchases throughout my life, and World Toyota Parts Dept is top notch. Thank you to all who work there. It's immensely appreciated and I look forward to continuing purchases through this establishment in the future when needed.

Received wrong part number ( part sent was different than part ordered), when noticed, discussed a solution, sent part back at my own expense. Purchased at higher cost locally as car was out of service without it. Been emailing for months about the refund check. Never received it. Will not order online again from here.
