I had a problem with my car and took it to three different mechanics and none of them could figure out the problem with my car. I took my car here to Julian and was able to assist me right away and got great customer service. They were able to fix the problem and I would 100% recommend this place to any family and friends!!

I had my 1994 crewcab daully's 4L80 transmission rebuilt. At 220k miles, it was done. This shop did a fantastic job. They also replaced the u-joints. I highly recommend this shop. Thanks Cristina

2 stars because my car is running...otherwise one. my advice: PAY WITH CREDIT CARD. brought my car with over 104k miles quoted me a flat $xxxx amount. a few delays in work.. no biggie, i could wait. when my car was fixed i try to pay by credit.. they said that they will charge me extra for tax if i pay by card...so that was unclear.. had to get to the bank to withdraw. fast forward to a year later... i got a letter from subaru stating i had extended warranty on my transmission even over 100k miles. i admit i should be responsible for keeping the records but i had lost the invoice. simply put, they had no record of my transaction. they wont let me speak to a boss neither quite convenient since i paid cash that all transactions disappeared. so yes.. pay by card... it keeps a transaction

Sadly our experience here was awful. We are out A LOT of $ because our transmission failed in another state. It had already failed less than two weeks after its initial repair by this company. The second time it failed within a day. They are not willing to tow back my car-which they should because their faulty work caused my car to stop moving forward, reverse, you name it. They haven't even made an attempt to contact us-Cristina, you know you guys need to do right. It isn't right what was done to my family car. You jeopardized our family. You should WANT to tow my car OR REFUND my $ since you did not fix the problem TWICE.
