Dont understand why hours of operation online states 5:30am to 5pm when they are not open for business until 7am. My rep stated they opened at 5:30am upon becoming a member. I got up early and drove there at 5:30 only to be refused service until 7am. Am I not understanding something?

To get here and buy here you would have to be a commercial vendor. No DIY customer can shop here. I worked at a parts store so that is why I can leave this review. Aside from really busy days. These people here are hella efficient. They had gotten this new tech upgrade that allowed to be even more efficient. Most of the time I was in an out. Of course on busier days you can end up waiting. But I have never had a problem with world pac. Even when we had to do a VERY big and last minute order right nefore they closed they worked with us when they knew a driver was right on route to them.

The service sucks it take close to 30mins to get service improvement is needed they need better POF still on writing up receipts
