Worldwide installed four very expensive Continental ExtremeContact Sport 02 tires purchased from Tire Rack. After installing them they refused to provide a complete receipt for their work. They wouldn’t specify on the receipt what brand/model/size the tires were or note my car’s odometer. This would make warranty coverage from Continental Tire impossible for defects or tread life problems. The shop owner then argued “you should’ve bought the tires from us if you want a complete receipt”. Obviously this is bs so I called Tire Rack to see if they could help. They said they’d never heard such a dumb excuse and sent me an email specifying to write my mileage on the receipt and save their email to prove I’d tried. THANKS Tire Rack! Worldwide: you lost a good customer, forever.

Seriously was the best decision we ever made to check this place out. It’s saved us so much time and money. We keep coming back for all of our vehicles. The guys that work here are some of the nicest guys in the business. Their prices on the exact same tires are significantly less than the chains. And their service far exceeds.

Bought some tires on Custom Offset and had to get them put on my RAM 1500. Not only did they get my new tires on but they also replaced my much smaller spare with one of my regular tires and charged me about 70% less then the other 2 big name tire locations I called! As usual fast and friendly service!

★☆☆☆☆ Completely Unprofessional & Disappointing I came to Worldwide on Hillsborough expecting basic professionalism after paying for FOUR new tires and an oil change. Instead, I left with a TPMS light on and no accountability from the shop. As soon as I pulled out of the lot, the tire pressure warning came on. When I contacted them, I was told to “just drive it around and it’ll go away.” It didn’t. I came back the next day expecting a quick check or reset instead, they didn’t even look at the vehicle. Not even a scan. Not even an apology. I gave this shop a chance, spent good money, and received lazy excuses and zero follow-through. For a place that handles tires daily, not resetting or checking the TPMS is basic negligence. This isn't how you treat paying customers. Won’t be back an
