We just purchased our second truck from him & yesterday when we picked the 2nd truck up, his service team went above & beyond when we had a little hiccup after driving off the lot. The guys in the shop and sales go above and beyond to ensure they communicate in a timely manor. If there is any issues they take care of it and get my trucks in and out as soon as possible to save as much down time as possible. I really appreciate all you do for me. I only have 6 trucks and they make me feel like I am a 100 truck fleet when I walk in. Thanks

Very professional, had to be towed in for a crankcase problem and trans, they had me in and out of the shop in 2 days and did not charge me a arm and a leg like most dealerships. Next time I’m in Chattanooga for my Volvo this is the only place I’ll take it to

Overall, just very rude people. I asked the guy if he could offer any type of discount because our truck has some issues, and we’ve been paying a lot to get it fixed. I understand that at a dealership, they can only do so much, but the guy was extremely rude about it. I mentioned that we had been spending a lot of money, and he replied, very rudely, ‘Well, it is a truck.’ I responded, ‘Yeah, it might be a truck, but we don’t get the same discounts that big companies do.’ Then he said, ‘Well, how do you know that?’ Listen, dude, I wasn’t born yesterday. I’ve been driving trucks since 2008, so I know a thing or two about dealerships. Anyways, avoid this place at all costs. They are rude and uncaring. One more thing I noticed on my receipt—they charged me an excessive credit card surcharge

Mr Ryan, allowed his ego over come a business transaction and hold me waiting on a PO#, After I had been at the dealership since 9:30pm the night before. This is not ecceptble, when my company called back to the shop he was out helping another customer 🙄😒.
