Less than 1. When I take a truck in I don't expect it to get damaged and then the Dealership claims it's my fault. Zero responsibility was taken for the damage incurred while in their hands. I recently purchased a truck. I have opened the hood without incident. The Inspector who conducted the prepurchase opened the hood without incident and didn't recognize any issues with my hood. I have who are in the trucking industry who opened the hood to check out my truck. One party who was changing the oil and filters made a recommendation that I order shocks and a spring to facilitate the opening and closing easier. I had to have the truck towed to Worldwide Equipment for a Mechanical issue and once the truck arrived someone in the Service Department severely damaged the hood. Mind you I

I had a very disappointing experience at this Volvo dealership. They consistently seem understaffed, which leads to long wait times and poor communication. More concerning, they failed to pay attention to customer approval emails and then acted as if the mistake was my fault.

If you truly care about your truck and your business, I strongly urge you to take it somewhere else. The level of disorganization and lack of professionalism here is beyond disappointing. Deadlines mean nothing, promises are constantly broken, and instead of receiving proper updates, you’re forced to chase them down just to get basic answers.

Service department was awesome, my semi was towed in to shop. Service department got on it to read codes. The girl's in Service department, made my day pleasant being there. I asked a time frame, they did not beat around the bush to push me aside. They did not know so they had going out of their way to ask the shop. Exactly what she told me was what had happened. Very on point of the time frame, that means a lot to a truck driver, when they did not know what was going on with my truck. I truly recommend this establishment, because of the service that I received.. keep up the good work ladies, you're awesome.

Our truck has been there for almost 2 months. They took 2 weeks to fix our truck. Charged us almost $8k. We paid. We took the truck out, same exact thing happened. We took it back and it’s been in service ever since. They rarely answer their phones, I get told it needs a good test drive every time I call. After they got paid, it’s like they don’t even care. We’ve been stuck with payments and insurance of the truck since it’s been in the shop. Really bad shop, don’t recommend.
