Worldwide Equipment

Very under staff in technicians. Have 8 technicians but need 15. The shop manager insure me his 8 techs do the work of 15. My truck only needed dry service witch takes awhile but not 4 days!!!! I don't know if they have rules like if tech working on truck stays with truck till fix and ol boy went on leave few days, I don't know. I just payed for the service and finally left few days later.

Christina in service is an ABSOLUTE GEM!!!! THIS LADY SHOULD GET A RAISE!!! My truck was in derate, I called from lexington and she was able to fit me right in. She went over and beyond to accommodate me while my truck was getting fixed. Even my service manager said he wishes she worked at our regular shop. Great place to get work done, I'd absolutely come back.

It is well shop! I had the DPF pressure sensor problem and these guys to service my truck right away. I hope it should be operating properly and secure! Thank you guys!

Was passing through Lexington when my Peterbilt developed a problem with the aftertreatment system. The local Pete dealer was not going to be able to look at for over a week. They recommended that I check with Worldwide. At Worldwide, Billy came out and pulled the codes as soon as I arrived, on Wednesday afternoon. They were able to get me in to start the repair on Friday morning, and finish the same evening. They came very close to their original estimate even though there were some complications. Everyone, from the facility manager on down, was extremely friendly and helpful. They had all of our parts in stock. Had to change it again. Third time I've been told to come pick up the same truck I dropped off for a tail light and relay switch 2.5 weeks ago!!!! Had to change my rating. Was called to pick up the truck. Then told when I arrived it wasn't ready. Waiting another week. Was told again to pick up the truck. Now it won't start at all!!!!! Started just fine when I dropped It off to get the lights fixed!!!! Not coming back if I ever get the truck home
