If I could give it ZERO stars I would -- the worst diesel repair shop I've had the displeasure of working with in a decade. Two weeks to get a fan clutch replaced. No one answers the phone, no common sense to be found at all.

I love bringing the company truck here for any type of service or repair work, super friendly and knowledgeable staff both in service and parts, always striving to accommodate the company's needs and requirements for keeping the truck running and on the road in a reasonable amount of time also as affordable as possible thanks again Worldwide Equipment of Princeton WV.

Got a back pressure valve put on but the guy did a force regen but not the paccar dealer test it is a kenworth dealer I have a peterbilt with paccar i pulled out 30 minutes later soot level high why because he didn't do a scr test nor did they drive the truck now back in shop man when you hire new people don't put them on a truck with regen problems if not training properly

I was towed in because my truck went into deray mole and after parts come in it was discovered that I needed a Decomposition reacter order that and technician stay after closing on a Friday and came on off day to get me back on road.
