WOW AUTO SPA

I originally wanted to give Wow Auto Spa 5 stars because the gentleman I dealt with was very nice and professional. He was polite and easy to talk to, and I appreciated that. Unfortunately, after taking a closer look at my vehicle once I got home, I realized the detailing was not done nearly as thoroughly as I expected from a full detail. I had literally just bought my car the day before bringing it in because I wanted to start off with a completely clean vehicle. When I inspected it more closely, I found gobs of hair, dirt, and debris still in between the seats and around the seatbelts. The vents were still full of dust and debris, and there were handprints left on the windows and windshield, which definitely shouldn’t be the case after a detail. This is a 10 STAR company, along with the owner and employees! How do you tell the Phoenix area, that this vehicle detailing business is the absolute best? Take your vehicle there and find out like I did. I decided to get my wife and son auto detailing packages for Christmas gifts, pretty smart on my side. They drive a 2020 Ford Explorer, and 2024 Toyota Camry, nothing fancy. Over the years, we have run them through the regular car wash, and sometimes splurged on the $25 gas station car wash package which included the “tire wash and premium wax.” Would look nice for a couple days, and then fade back to a normal car dull paint finish. Must start this review with "Wow!" My truck looks great, I appreciate the work. I stopped by on a Tuesday morning and they squeezed me in without an appointment (call ahead for best results). Reasonable rates and speedy service for the exterior detail. Highly recommend. UPDATE: came back to see if WOW could get the desert mud off my truck and yes, they did! Awesome job.

They left my car looking fantastic! The owner is very knowledgeable; he and his crew did an amazing job applying ceramic coating and removing scratches. I'd most definitely come back again.

I went today to the Phoenix location on Bell. I was blown away at the attention and detail given to my truck that I need to sell asap. You wouldn't believe the before and after pictures. Great job in great time 👍. Thank you so much Bo and crew.
