I visit Las Vegas every year, and this was the first time I've been involved in a hit-and-run accident. I found this repair shop through ChatGPT, and it turned out to be incredibly fortunate. Following the advice of the police and my lawyer, I plan to have the car fully repaired, but thanks to Jimmy's excellent skills and professionalism, the temporary repairs were completed perfectly. The full repair will take some time, but I will definitely have it done here once everything is finalized. This is a top-notch auto repair shop that provides the highest level of skill and service. My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Wreck Center Auto Body Paint and Collision Repair last week. Hector and his crew, a special shout out to Eugene, are the best! They are very friendly, easy to talk to and very honest. We went to 3 other body shops to get estimate to repair the dent on the trunk of our car, and Wreck Center provided us with the best one. When we dropped our car to be fixed, the other car that we drove had battery issue. Hector jumped-started the car right away and Eugene went out of his way to find, order and install the battery for us. What an awesome customer service! I can’t say enough about the service received here. Hector, Dave and the team were absolutely amazing. I took my car (Bentley Bentayga) to 3 different shops and left completely disappointed at the lack of knowledge or care, so to speak. This was an out of pocket repair, so Hector made sure to tell me everything up front. Dave was absolutely awesome to work with as well, both true stand up guys. The car had a wrap on it initially and we decided to remove it. Upon removing the wrap, some of the clear coat came off with it as well. It looked horrendous. We also had a mirror that needed to be replaced. After the team was done, the paint came out PHENOMENAL. Other shops said, “it won’t match perfectly and will be noticeable”.
