Wrench and Ratchet Auto Care

Simon and his team did an excellent job on my 65 Mustang. They tracked down an electrical issue that other shops couldn't, and installed additional hardware as part of an upgrade. They were very communicative throughout the entire process and walked me through all work performed while answering all my questions. I will definitely be bringing back my car for future repairs and upgrades, I fully trust their team.

Great day at Wrench and Ratchet. I went in thinking I had a big problem. They spent the time explaining what they were doing, my car kept dying and I've been upset with my check engine light flashing all week. They pulled it in the shop and fixed it, no big problem after all. Thank you guys so much, you are awesome!!!

Simon and the guys at Wrench and Ratchet were extremely friendly and accommodating. I had to replace a heater hose in my Cadillac and it was a complex fix, but they had it in Monday morning (11/17) and ready to go same day. This also included a battery replacement as well. They explained everything to me and made me feel confident in the fix. Thanks fellas!

Alternator belt came unraveled and caused ripped a wiring Harness apart. I called them first thing in the morning. They got me taken care of the same day. Professional and prompt.

Either this place is incompetent or the Boise Best Auto is the shadiest dealership in town and just told them to ignore it. Supposedly they do the inspections for the dealership and yet they missed a sensor being SNAPPED OFF the brake reservoir. The shop we took it too literally laughed at how obvious it was but supposedly they don’t notice and the brake light just happened to turn on the morning after buying it(code clearly reset according to multiple mechanics, no way that light turns off without it and no way the sensor snapped off as little as we drove it day 1 without us noticing). So either they’re sketchy or closely associate with a company that is, I wouldn’t trust them 1 bit. Started working on a lawsuit against Boise best auto already but just got back from a long work trip to co
