Worst shop I’ve ever been too. Needed rear brakes. 11 visits over 2.5 months and my brakes are in worse condition making grinding and squealing noises 10x worse than when I first brought it in. Yes, 11 visits in 2.5 months. 1 visit to diagnose, 1 visit to only do pads, 1 visit to do the rotors and then the 4th visit Phil finally realized the calibers were locked up. From then the brakes only increased in sounding worse. Visits 5-10 he said he deglazed them but clearly that wasn’t the issue seeing every visit nothing changed. He clearly made a mistake yelled at me and banned me from the business. When I asked what I did wrong he said nothing. Phil Refuses to take accountability for his own mistakes.
