New 2 North Carolina. I had a problem with my truck. I found Chris on website. He came to my house and diagnosed the problem with my truck. He told me the water pump on my truck is no good. He asked me if I had warranty on my truck. I told them I do not. So Chris left to order parts. Twenty minutes later, chris calls me and tells me that part that I need for my truck has to be order. Not only that, my truck, it's still under warranty. What i'm trying to say is chris left the job on the table. And sent my truck To the dealer, to get fixed. I am a 60 two-year-old man. Chris didn't have to do what he did. But he did. I found my long time mechanic for my family and my friend's i would recommend him to anybody. P.s chris, thank you. We can't say enough great things about Chris!. This is the 2nd time we have used him and soon to be a 3rd. He took excellent care of our son's first car making sure everything was reliable and handled with such care. From always arriving on time to explaining the work in a way that made sense and made us feel comfortable, his attention to detail is pretty outstanding.
