Recently picked up my vehicle after Close to $11,000 repair job repair job Was delivered my vehicle in filthy conditions. The interior had to be completely detailed because it was full of body shop dust it looked like they did the work with the windows down very unprofessional requested a half reimbursement of a full detail I paid for the request was denied. I was never explained all the repairs that were done and Dissatisfied with their overall customer service.

I got rear-ended recently and this place was one of the auto body-shops linked under the other person’s insurance. I brought my car in for an initial inspection, which went fine. They told me we’d have to wait for the insurance to get back and they’d contact me once they got the invoice. A week and half passed and I never got a call. So I called the insurance and they informed me that they sent the invoice a week ago to the auto-shop. I called the secretary about this and she said, “sorry, I didn’t know.” she then told me we’d have to schedule another inspection to look for any other damages, but the next available appointment would be 3 and a half weeks away.
