Wynbrooke Senior Apartments

I’ve been living here probably at least about eight months. I enjoy it here and It is so peaceful and so quiet here. management is very friendly willing to help. Maintenance and the housekeeper do a wonderful job of keeping the place clean you cannot ask for a better place to live.

After your first year here they raise your rent $200 a month... No lie, seriously $200 a month. This is a sin. They lost so many tenants after the first renewal period. This place was thrown together without a care for safety. The humidity inside of the hallways of these apartments in the summertime is at least 68% which is dangerously high. Carpeting is laid directly onto plywood, no moisture barrier whatsoever. During one particular summer storm it was raining in the hallway on the third floor. They slapped up some tape and some spackle and managed paint over it but did nothing about possible mold issues in the ceiling. They have two trash closets on either end of each floor that hold between 3 and 4 garbage cans, these trash closets are always full of garbage, overflowing out of the can

I toured the facility. Everyone was warm and welcoming. Seth was very kind and answered all of my questions. The apartments were very nice, and the amenities were good. The only issue that was negative was parking. It was a very nice place.

I recently began apartment hunting and had the pleasure of meeting Seth at Wynbrooke Apts. Over the last couple months, I've met several other property managers, but none of them stood out like Seth did. I reached out to Seth with a mirage of questions and each time Seth was so accommodating, professional and very kind. I made several visits to the property and each time Seth gave me a tour while answering more questions and discussing all that Wynbrooke has to offer. I stopped in with my niece and although it was lunch time, Seth the property manager invited us in. He is so pleasant and kind. He gave us a first class tour of the apartments, activities available and the amenities. I could tell as walked around, he knew the residents and cared about them. I am still under a lease, however I will keep this place in mind! Thank you Seth for all the extra care you gave us!
