I recently had an overwhelmingly positive experience with two technicians at Xanterra garage. I had difficulty with an unrepairable tire. Both Patrick and Clay were extremely helpful in not only fixing my leaky spare tire but in offering many options and recommendations that eventually got me on the road. Unexpected Truck Trouble at the Grand Canyon? Xanterra Garage Has You Covered! During my weeklong stay at the Grand Canyon, I noticed my rear differential cover was leaking gear oil. At first, it was just a small drip, but after placing a cardboard box underneath overnight, I found it completely soaked in oil the next morning. Concerned about making a mess on the campground asphalt and needing a fix, I searched for a nearby repair shop. To my surprise, there was an automotive repair garage right inside the park—Xanterra Garage. I gave them a call, and while they let me know they couldn’t remove and reseal the cover, they were happy to top off the fluid and take a look. We couldn't be me more grateful for the amazing service, generosity and patience of Victor, Franklin and Patrick. On our way out of the Grand Canyon National Park South rim, our parking brake engaged while we were stopped and wouldn't disengage. Their crew came out, diagnosed the issue fast, and were kind enough to tow us back to their shop after normal business hours. They patched up the issue (exposed break sensor wire), and got us back on the road, and didn't even charge us for the labor. If all businesses operated this way, the world would be so much better off.

We were on a rental Rubicon with chunky MT tires, driving from Flagstaff to Grand canyon, near Valle AZ a bolt punctured the front tire. Air was gushing out faster than 12v car inflator could pump. Nearest garage was Xanterras, called up and they were courteous to say if we confirm, they would even wait post regular working hours. Once reached they took 30 mins to fix it. Billy was very professional. They have standard charges listed for regular works. which i felt were all reasonable.

Amazing service! I stopped by just to check my tire pressure, and they took great care of me. Quick, honest, and completely free. It’s hard to find a shop like this. Highly recommended!
