I called here to speak to someone at the telge location however the people at the call center are very rude and disrespectful explain to him that I'm dealing with menopausal brain and I could not remember something and he made a joke of it and asked me that I want to call back once I finally remember the rudeness of it all I purchased parts from this place all the time and the guys at the telge store are usually pretty professional but this call center it's so disrespectful especially to women. I really hope someone reads these reviews and decide to make the ratings / customer service for your company a lot better because Word of Mouth spreads pretty quickly.

1-17-25 bought oil filter for my car installed it next day it flew off took it back to xl parts they confirmed it was wrong one gave me replacement but car was left damaged

No price match available. They don’t care about regular customers only accounts. Only came here as last resort. Better off at O’Reillys.

Very untrained or just lazy employees lacking the knowledge to identify the items in their own catalog... asked about help identifying a hose they didn't even bother to look. The African American brother with the beard in the front desk just told me that he is mechanically inclined. I walked straight out never giving that place a chance to order parts for me again. Better heading to advanced auto, autozone or O'Reillys

When no one else had the part I was looking for these guys came out on top! Great customer service over the phone as well in person! I love these guys!
