XL Parts

This parts ordering store is reasonably priced but not always the best price. We have purchased several parts from them. The gentlemen who comes to the front is always kind and does not treat me any different with or without my husband. I do not like that you can't call them directly, you have to call an 800 number and then ask to be transferred to a store #. Then ask your questions.

They gave me a damaged box for my part and to make it worse when I got home I saw they had swapped several gaskets I needed and when I tried to return product they were saying that I had damaged the product

Ordered parts told him exactly what I needed and when the parts came out luckily I checked them because one card I didn't receive the other two parts were wrong then he had to call someone else from another branch to help get the parts I needed very unorganized. Head start the transaction all over again what the correct parts but won't be able to pick him up till tomorrow never had this problem before so it was very inconvenient.

Friendly and knowledgable staff, parts here are cheaper and better quality than you find at o'riley or auto zone. Try them ot before big chain stores
