I must have spoke with more than 20 people today regarding my windshield, and unfortunately, my interaction with a woman here named Ashland was by far the rudest. Because of that experience, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. In response to your reply: Thanks for the response, but my concern wasn’t about needing a VIN, it was the way I was spoken to. I see I’m not the only one who’s had the same experience with the same employee, so it seems like this is something that should be addressed internally. Good customer service makes a huge difference.

Not a great experience. Long story short, I showed up for my appointment and they didn't have my glass. I truly thought they would be better than Safelite and they let me down. I was told the distributer didn't deliver the glass and that they couldn't order the glass from any of their sources with no foreseeable timeframe. I'm not sure how they could have that information now but didn't when they ordered the glass originally. The people were nice and respectful but it all doesn't add up. Also, I called another shop and was told all 3 of their distributors had the glass and it could be delivered the same day.

Xpress Auto Glass replaced the rear window on our Land Rover back in October of 2019. The installer, Berry, was very kind, thorough and quick! Berry was adamant about removing all of the broken glass from inside the door frame and cleaning up the surrounding areas. The new OEM glass functions perfectly and looks just like the original glass. Detailed work and great costumer service are greatly appreciated! Please keep up the good work!
