I apologize my review is long overdue! I rented a new car for a month from Xpress car rentals in October 2022, after my car was in an accident. The transaction was very smooth and easy. Dan and Ken are very Courteous, friendly, flexible, understanding and easy to work with. The car was immaculately clean, well maintained and great gas consumption. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent a car. I will definitely rent from them again.

I have had great experiences and This was my 2nd time renting a New car from Xpress car rental at their Methuen branch. When I called them to book a car they were sold out but they promised to get me a car within 24hours. They actually called me for one within 4 hours! I initially rented it for 10 days but ended up extending for a month. The owners were very understanding, accommodating and flexible of my need to keep extending the return date untill my car was repaired. The price was very affordable and cheap compared to other car rentals. The owners were very friendly and easy to work with. Thank you guys for such great service. The car was great, very clean, ran efficiently and great gas mileage. I highly recommend them.
