Xpress Car Wash

Tried this place a couple times, I went yesterday and my car is still pretty dirty, and it left scratches all along the left side windows and doors. Paid $15 for a poor job and scratches. Will not be coming back There is no way to call or get in touch with customer service- phone line is down too

They are so rude. They took the money to wash the car and did tell me that they are closing. They turned off the vacuum without finishing the car and without notifying me. I told them why u let me in if u are closing. The long hair guy was so rude.

Everytime I go into this car wash something comes off my car and my car doesn’t have any aftermarket parts then I try calling them to see if they can help me find it but there phone is always busy

They need to dry cars better. I believe they need to change drying rags per car. I know for sure they be rushing. So doesn't matter how much you paid

Granted… a lot of bird doo from parking under a tree while on vacation, dumb move… I know. But that’s the point of going to a car wash and paying $25 plus a $5 tip. Didn’t realize I was tipping for them to towel smear all the bird doo all over the car until I got to vacuum myself. Port Richmond’s crumb bum of the day refused to let me run my car through again.
