They couldn’t change my oil because a couple screws were too tight and they were worried about stripping them. That was fine. I understood because it is a brand new car and would be its first oil change. The problem is THEY LEFT THE OIL CAP OFF! I brought it to Honda and they opened it up to find the oil cap sitting in my engine bay with oil all over the place! Not happy! To forget something so simple as to put the oil cap back on ?! Come on! My husband went over there to speak to them and said the lady at the counter was rude and rushing him away like it wasn’t a big deal!
Yes sometimes I go in and they're pretty busy and I have to wait a little while. But I'm definitely acknowledged. Been going here for years. An honest simple oil change is always great. Thank you all for your services.

I have never had my personal vehicle serviced here, but I have vehicles serviced here for my job. From the first vehicle I brought over, I was impressed with how fast an oil change was completed, and the employees are courteous and friendly as well! Great place to service a vehicle!
DO NOT GO HERE! Asked for a simple tire rotation on my wife's Cadillac Escalade while she was visiting Patterson. They broke my lug lock and tried to blame it on my previous servicer. Then didn't want to pay for it either. It's costing me $200 now for their mess up. Then the manager hung up in my face when I called about it. Cheap people offer cheap service. If you have a honda go here they'll mess it up for you. If you have anything $70k up run.
