I was there to get my car winterized. They did a great job as Usual. This is thee Only Place that I bring my car. The customer service is great. They Always Treat Me Respectfully. The inside area where I usually wait for my car is Always clean and they They let me know what's wrong with my vehicle before I leave the shop and that there are services that I can apply for if I can't pay for what needs to be done at that moment.. I went into Xpress Pro Tire and Auto believing my brakes pads were worn. My car had a hard time stopping and when it did you could hear the metal to metal greatly. Everyone was very nice and understanding of my concerns. I only have one automobile and couldn't afford to not have it. Although they were busy I was told they could squeeze me in between the appointments they had. I dropped my car off at 1230. They called me at 230 and advised me I need rotors and caliper. I was advised of the pricing and applied for the Snap Financial for assistance with paying for the services. By 415 my car was finished, I had paid and had my vehicle back. Beware. They don't tell you about hidden fees until after you agree to have a service done and you're ready to pay. Then they add a shop fee. I don't mind the taxes. I expect that. But the person at the shop didn't mention shop fees.
