Xpress Pro Tire & Auto Shadeland

Always trust this shop to be trustworthy especially Rick (so good) who has always been my go to guy for years. Dave at front desk also a good guy, he can come off a little harsh to women, but he is actually a really nice person. They always do good work quickly and let you know when their are other issues that may need to be addressed in the future. Give these guys a raise, they truly go above and beyond. Just don't move them. I enjoy their work as do many other locals in this area.

I was having some vibration in my steering wheel and it was getting worse. I took my vehicle to Xpress Pro on Shadeland (where I have taken all my previous vehicles) and was told I needed new tires. I am so thankful for my experience at Xpress Pro Tire & Auto Shadeland. While on my way to dropping my daughter off at school, I hit a pothole and popped my tire. Stranded with an infant and a toddler and with no spare tire to change it myself, I worried about what I could do. I researched nearby auto shops and they were right next-door. God is good! In calling them, they told me to come right on over. They got me in immediately, they were able to fix my tire, they were communicative and upfront. I was in and out in less than an hour. Thank you so much! I definitely recommend them for any of your tire and auto needs.

I love this business because they are very professional. The time frames are accurate. They take such good care of my car. And always want what’s best for the customers and the pricing is always affordable.

It just seemed like every time you go to these places to get some done to your car is always something else extra. You gotta pay for something else. That’s the part. I don’t like some filter or something this time I had to pay other than to get an oil change.
