Xpress Pro Tire & Auto University

This place has ALWAYS been so great to me. When I need my tires pumped up they’re quick to do it. I had a flat, they sealed it even though they were incredibly packed. It was sort of an emergency and the guy understood and accommodated me with such kindness. My electrical system recently went out in my door and he had my car in and out in an hour, small fix and was a reasonable price for the diagnostic. MUCH cheaper than the dealership. Can’t say enough good things about this place. Service is great here.

Fantastic experience going to Xpress for the first time today. Was unsure of good shops near UC but I definitely found where all of my business will be going for the future. Got an appointment to get a tire patched within an hour and a half of calling, and was out the door quickly once arriving. Easiest experience taking my car in I’ve ever had, and a place I know that I can trust to do good honest work.

To start off this review is purely in accordances to employee Scott. And my costumer service from Troy was above and beyond common customer service as well as the other employees was amazing. During my time speaking with Scott in regards to an issue I am still waiting to hear back from the BBB about resolution, Scott was VERY rude in the tone and demeanor he carried while speaking towards me. He seemed very angry and agitated instead of coming over and discussing the problem in a calm and understanding tone. He takes the defensive route and starts pointing out other things on my vehicle that has nothing to deal with their alignment machine causing damage to my car with how low it is (stock hight). Honored my appointment and completed the oil change and tire rotation promptly! In and out within 45 minutes and that was also helping me out and diagnosing the cause of my engine light. Highly recommended!

Had the most wonderful experience at this auto shop this past week! I was having some trouble getting a new license plate screwed onto my car and they took my car right into the shop upon arrival and fixed it up in less than half an hour. The employees were kind and got straight to work. They do honest work and would highly recommend coming here if you are experiencing any car troubles!
