The person which is in garage today was very rude with the customers.I was there for oil change. When I asked him where to place the car , he asked me to come all over the front. When I came all over the front but he was very rude then he says i asked you stop at the stop board.But exactly he asked me to all over the front. And then he asked me to leave the garage and go out. This is my experience with the xtra lube oil change. I am suggesting them to be polite with the customers and if they don’t know anything he should explain the things.

Oil spilled all over my engine compartment and drained down all over down below. Oil all over the inside of the driver's side door. My driveway has oil spots all over. How in the hell can you not clean and wipe up a spill. I understand accidents happen but this is just piss poor. Very disappointed in the service. This is a prime example of not taking pride in your work. It doesn't matter what the work is. Do it right!

I have been coming here for three years now and never have any complaints. They are always fast and to the point. They don’t try to add on services or convince you to get extra work done unless you seriously need it. I don’t think I have ever waited more than half an hour for my oil change, and I will always come back to them. The employees are friendly and get you in and out as quickly as possible

Yesterday I unsuccessfully attempted to remove an oil pan drain plug that was EXPONENTIALLY overtightened! Drain plugs should not hold fast while the ratchet handle is being hit with a 24oz hammer! It's hard to see that a job is sub par unless you have to deal with some of the aftermath of gross carelessness and nonchalance. Bring your vehicle here if you want every bolt to feel like a seized lug nut.
