A little late here due to some personal stuff. I have to say, Xtreme Toys has some of the most amazing humans. Came in to purchase a new dirt bike for my son, and they did not hesitate to find us the best fit for him. Not eager to push high priced bikes, and answered all my questions. Shortly after getting it home I noticed a minor issue a reached out and Jerry was more than happy to provide not only sincere apologies but an easy fix. Knowing it was Christmas time and there was no time to waste he was quick to proved me an easy pick up for my schedule! I couldn’t be happier with the service and customer appreciation! Happy to return for all my family’s fun needs . Thank you all ! This includes Allen the mechanic who made sure we were good all the way around!

Got my daughter the Electric Dirt bike she been wanting from here! They made the process so easy and affordable! Any questions i have had they answered with grace! Im looking forward to purchasing more toyz with them!!!!

Bought a bike for my 8-year-old son on Christmas Eve. The staff was very helpful and the bike is a great quality.

I bought an ice dog gen v scooter off Amazon and it arrived without instructions and YouTube videos were very vague. I called xtreme toys in Dracut for support and they had me drop it off. They had the scooter assembled and ready to ride same day only took a few hours. They were also able to walk me through the break in process so I don’t damage the machine. I even got a call back a few days later to see how things were going. Needless to say my experience with them was more than perfect and I plan to do all my services and purchases with them as my local small engine connect.
