Many thanks to Mike at XYZ for the painless and seamless delivery of my Runaway CoolCamp trailer. Everything worked out great and he had all the moving parts aligned and on time. I was out of there with my new trailer in 1.5 hours. He took time to explain all aspects of the unit and the towing process. I recommend them and Runaway Campers.

My wife and I live near Rochester, NY and found that the closest northeast Runaway seller was Mike at XYZ Camping. After selling our 17.5 foot travel trailer, we wanted something much smaller but that was hard-sided to sleep in, so I reached out to Mike to inquire about the lead time on RangeRunner orders. He informed us that we were looking at a 6+ month wait but that he had a couple in stock from cancelled orders. Mike at XYZ Camping was great to work with. All transactions went smoothly we drove down from NY State to pick up the trailer. He kept in constant contact with us and responded quickly to any questions we had. We bought a Rouser. Driving back we were very pleased with the way the trailer handled even at 70 mph we could not tell it was behind us. Great little camper.
