Amazing people in this shop. We have over the years dealt with a few shops. We broke down on the highway on our way home for a funeral. Monday, they got us in and diagnosed our problem and had us out by Tuesday. We were impressed with the honest price, and the professional manner in which we were handled. Shout out to the office manger for his sincere care and honesty.

Great costumer service, fair prices, and got the job done quickly. 10/10 would go back and would definitely recommend. I had a power steering fluid leak and they got me all fixed up.

We recently had a transmission issue with a Chevrolet truck. It did have a extended warranty on it. We called and spoke to RJ and he informed us he could look at it for us. Within a week he had diagnosed and contacted the warranty company with the diagnosis. They were instructed to install a new transmission in the truck. From the time we dropped it off until completion was about two weeks ( even with the winter storm). I am extremely satisfied with the job, and excellent communication with Yates. I highly recommend them and will definitely be a repeat customer! Thanks RJ

This place is great, so far I've come in twice. Once for an oil leak and once for a transmission fluid leak, both times I had my vehicle back to me within 24 hours and the first time even got a ride back home from one of the mechanics. I plan on coming back here whenever I need work done on my car.

Amazing shop!!! Was headed cross country for an active duty assignment change and had an emergency fix on my truck from the I10 road conditions, they took me right in fixed and inspected everything else of concern and was back on the road in no time. 100% Thank you!!!
