We had an excellent experience with Yates Collision. From start to finish, Rhonda was professional, communicative, and easy to work with. She kept us updated every step of the way throughout the repair process. The work on our truck was completed quickly and the results look fantastic. We are thankful for their quality work and outstanding customer service. If we ever need collision repair again, they will absolutely have our business.

10/10! Rhonda was an absolute gem. I brought my 2012 Honda Accord into her shop and explained I don’t have collision insurance. I gave her a number of what I was able to pay to fix it and she did everything she could to keep it within that range. She said kind and communicative assured me she would do everything she could. Turns out- she followed through! I will absolutely recommend anyone I know to come to this shop. Honest work and good people are hard to come by these days!

Yates was wonderful. My car looks great! They dealt with the insurance company so I didn’t have to; they kept me updated always; and they had my car back to me when promised. The receptionist was very nice and answered all my questions. I would definitely use them again.

I was more than pleased with the service I received—from initial contact to the smooth return of my vehicle (that looked brand new). I was leery because of my prior experience with car repairs/maintenance where I believe I was taken advantage of being a woman and recently widowed. ABSOLUTELY NOT the case with Yates Collision (Old Town). They were very attentive . They thoroughly explained the process and welcomed any questions I had and even encouraged me to ask questions. I especially appreciated their partnership with the rental agency. I will DEFINITELY recommend YATES. Rhonda is Top Tier management—very knowledgeable, professional and personable.
