Great experience at Yates Express Lube in Kingstowne. I came in for an emissions test and the entire team was professional, friendly, and efficient. They explained everything clearly and had the process moving quickly. A special thanks to Elleni at the front desk. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and checked in to make sure I had everything I needed while I waited. They even offer free coffee, tea, and fountain drinks for customers. I was in and out much faster than expected. Highly recommend this location to anyone needing emissions or inspection services.

Wow, stopped in to get an oil change and this place is well trained in customer service. First, they got it done in 20 minutes including the wait. Second, they give you a $30 free car wash Third, you go inside the store and your created by Elleni. She is everybody's " mom" gifting a free cookie and small drink for service customers. She is a bright light of joy. If your in a low mood, she is good therapy. You will leave feeling love and cared for. Kingstown Yates Express lube is sublime. Highly recommended.

The rave reviews are true! This is the only place I go for my safety inspection, emissions, and repairs. The service center staff are kind and professional, with reasonable prices. I even pull up when I have low tire pressure just to make sure there isn’t a bigger problem with my tires, and they take care of me. There’s a reason so many people mention Elleni who works in the convenience store by name. She’s always there, and she’s the best. She can’t wait to bring you into the warmth of the store with a smile and offer you a chair and free coffee with all the fixings while you wait. My whole family comes here for car service. Can’t recommend it enough.

I highly recommend Yates for their customer service and high quality work. I get my car safety inspection done here along with minor work and have always had such a pleasant experience. While I wait, I go into the convenience shop and am always warmly greeted by Elleni. She has a smile (and matching personality) that shines and brightens your day. The mechanics are also very thorough and helpful. I appreciate that they explain everything clearly and are patient. I never think of going anywhere else and am grateful for everyone here.
