Candace is truly exceptional! She is always attentive, helpful, and efficient every time I visit. No matter how busy it gets, she greets everyone with a warm welcome and a positive attitude. She’s knowledgeable about the store and always courteous, making each interaction quick and pleasant. Whether I’m stopping in for a quick car wash or just picking up a few items, I genuinely look forward to seeing her. She consistently goes above and beyond and really makes my day. Employees like Candace make all the difference — I absolutely love her!

I paid $48 for the premium wash at Kingstown Car Wash and it was an absolute waste of money. The tires weren’t even cleaned properly, and the interior was still dirty after the first attempt. I had to repeatedly ask them to clean the inside, and even then, it was done carelessly. For a “premium” wash, the service was disappointing and unprofessional. Definitely not worth the price, and I will not be returning.

Pretty disappointed that I paid $50 for a full service wash to only have to come home and clean the bumper and rims myself again. If they needed to charge extra, I would have been more than happy to pay but they just handed the car over like this. Guess I just paid to have the car vacuumed.

Love the job they do- very thorough on the interior of the car. Gives the feeling of driving something brand new after you pass through Yates! Plus you always get freebies after the car wash (beverage, air freshener). And the nearby car inspection gives a free car wash if you get your safety inspection there.

Edit: My wife and I used to love coming here. The service was amazing, but in the last year or so , we noticed that customer service has plummeted, and the employees don't seem to care at all about what you tell them. Twice in the last 2 months, we have been here, and they have messed up our tires. When brought to the managers attention, he simply rolls his eyes and tells you that 'The machines just make that noise', which is a complete crockery. Normally, I do my best to leave decent reviews, but in this case, I had to edit my previous good review to a not so good one. I am very disappointed in the decline of service. Our tire got again scratched, and leaves that originally were not in our car ended up in our car when they were "cleaning and vacuuming." Our windshield and car didn't get c
